Home Transfer Centre
Seeking property lawyers? South Island and beyond, the Home Transfer Center Dunedin is your best choice for home conveyancing and escrow services. We are a group of real estate attorneys specialising in property law – working to bring you the best results, and simplifying the complex process. What is home conveyancing? Conveyancing is the legal work carried out when buying and selling property. There are many property lawyers throughout the South Island regions, but the Home Transfer Centre Dunedin differs from other law firms in several important respects: • We offer you more than just competitive pricing. Our flat fee includes GST and dispersments, which means you know exactly how much the transaction will cost, with no nasty surprises. • No matter where you and your property are situated, the trust can still work anywhere for you at no extra cost. • Within normal business hours, you can pop in any time and talk to a solicitor or senior legal executive without an appointment. • If your transaction doesn’t go through for reasons such as unavailability of finance, you will not be charged for work completed on your behalf. No transaction, no fee. So for property lawyers in the South Island, contact our Dunedin office today.

we used home transfer centre (HTC) recently to buy our first home.
This was an exciting time for us but the women at HTC made it very stressful and frustrating.
They were both extremely rude, they never returned phonecalls or emails and they made us feel stupid for asking questions about the process of buying a house as we knew nothing!
We used kiwisaver to help with our deposit and there were forms that needed filled in by us and the lawyers. We did our part and gave the forms to HTC with a courier bag for them to sign and send. Over a week later and we hadn't heard from kiwisaver so followed up with them and they hadn't received the paperwork because it hadn't been sent! When we rung HTC about this, they made us feel they were too busy for us.
On settlement day all parties were left waiting around as the money was in their trust account but they didn't forward it onto the other parties lawyers. Luckily we had an 'onto it' agent who gave them the hard word.
We wouldn't recommend Home Transfer Centre to anybody.
These ladies need to sharpen up their communication skills with clients and manners especially for what we had to pay them.
