    I made a trip from Invercargill to Dunedin to buy my wedding dress. Had visited one other boutique before house of Kavina. I was with my Bridemaids. We weren't informed of the charge on trying on dresses until the half way through. Wasn't really convinced on my dress but could till that Lyn was ready to go home. She wasn't listening to what I was looking for. Even the dress maker out back come out to see what was happening and could tell I wasn't liking any of the dresses she was putting me in. Told Lyn she wasn't listening to me. Rushed me into buying my dress cause they were closing. Wasn't told about refund policy. Have now got another dress which I love and HOK wont return. When rang to return I was informed of refund policy and that I would've seen it in contract. I didn't have a contract. I wouldn't recommend Lyn.
