Early this year we requested quotes from four companies to water blast, re-texture and repaint the exterior of our double story Tudor home. We accepted James Wren and Co quote not because it was the lowest or the highest price, but because it had the right information we needed to make an informed choice. Their attention to detail outlining everything within their quote, leaving nothing to chance coupled with their ability to answer our questions (as we aren't decorators) put us at ease.
There were other trades working on our house at the same time sharing the scaffolding this can be awkward but for us everything just worked no hiccups. We got daily updates as to how things were going and the obvious delight of the visual progress.
Right from the beginning the whole experience was a positive one and it took us back to a bygone era with a feeling of a partnership between the company and the client. The tradesman on our project went to great lengths not to intrude on the daily running of the household and would miraculously always be at the other end of the house where we weren't. Toward the end of the contract I had a chance to thank him for being mindful of our privacy as it was important to us as we headed off to work each morning. He replied he was just doing what he would have liked to have done if it was him in the same situation.
We would certainly have no hesitation in getting Wrens back for our next renovations and would recommend them to friends and family.
Lori & Nelson
Thank you Lori & Nelson for your wonderful review, we pride ourselves in being precise and clear with our clients' with respect to scopes and specification. Nobody likes a surprise bill for additional work at the end of a project, especially if they were under the impression the work was part of the original quote.
We hope you are still enjoying your freshly redecorated home.
